Dazzlingly pale, dry on the palate and with almondy aromas, this Fino is the ideal accompaniment for appetizers and tapas. Its pungent, delicate fragrance is the result of a long period under the flor, or yeast layer, following the traditional steps and ladders system.

Dry, smooth, with bright amber hues. The lasting fragrance is reminiscent of peanuts. It is made from a Fino which later undergoes a second ageing period, but without the yeast layer. The complex ageing results in one of the finest sherries, a superb complement to starters, especially those which are marinated in vinegar.

The Palomino fino and Pedro Ximénez varieties join up to offer us this smooth, fragrant palo cortado with gold amber hues. The oak, almond and nut aromas along with its pungent smoothness on the mouth make it ideal to serve with cheese, nuts and Iberian ham.

Its dark mahogany tones enclose a heady aroma. This oloroso is a perfect wine with appetizers and ideal as a pleasant evening drink. Smooth and seductive, full bodied and less dry than an amontillado, the extensive ageing lends it depth and a perfect roundness.

Made from Palomino and Pedro Ximénez grapes, this superb sweet wine is rich and smooth, with aromatic tones of oak and fragrant fruit. Its harmonious, stimulating depth makes it a perfect accompaniment for sweet desserts

Dark mahogany, dense. Subtle, delicate aromas. The Pedro Ximénez grapes make this wine sweet and unctuous on the mouth, while it preserves elegant notes of oak. Excellent with dessert to accompany for ice cream, pastries and blue cheese.

This after-dinner wine par excellence is made from Pedro Ximénez grapes, harvested when very ripe and left out in the sun to attain a higher concentration of sugar. The result is a delicately exquisite, dark-coloured wine with a sweet flavour and a velvety texture.
