Romate Solera
A bright, transparent, amber vinegar. Made from Palomino grapes and aged for at least a year. Its aroma has a characteristic winey background. Romate Solera’s smooth, pleasant, acetic flavours and hints of oloroso sherry make it especially recommendable for salad dressings, marinating and for any dish in general that requires vinegar.
Romate Solera Reserva
Made from Palomino grapes and aged for at least three years, this vinegar has clean, bright, dark mahogany colours. Its abundant aromas are light and acetic, with hints of oloroso sherry. On the mouth it is acidic, smooth and velvety, with oak and oloroso aftertastes.
Romate Solera Reserva is ideal for marinating, on salads and in any dishes to which vinegar is added.
PX Romate Solera Reserva
Clean, bright, dark mahogany colours. This vinegar is made from Palomino (85%) and Pedro Ximénez (15%) grapes and aged for at least three years. Its intense, characteristic acetic aromas are reminiscent of old oloroso. The smooth, gratifying flavours include sweet hints with oak and old oloroso aftertastes.
This vinegar is exceptional in all types of marinades, dressings and cooking.
