Return Policy

The maximum period to request a return is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

 

The circumstances that may lead to a return are as follows:

 

If the product you ordered does not satisfy you: We will refund the cost of the product, but not the shipping costs paid for the order. The return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

If you wish to exchange it for another item: The costs of return shipping and the new shipment will not be covered by the seller.

 

Defective product at origin: Once we receive the defective product, we will send you another one. In this case, the exchange will always be made for the same item or reference. Only the first shipment will be charged, and Tiendan Romate will cover the return and reshipping costs.

 

Product that, by mistake, does not match the order: Tienda Romate will cover the costs of returning the incorrect product and sending the correct item corresponding to the order placed.

The purchase amount will never be refunded, but an exchange for an item of equal or higher value may be made. The return and reshipping costs, as well as any price difference, will be borne by the person making the exchange.
