Yellow-straw, bright and transparent. Pungent and delicate. Light and dry on the palate.

GASTRONOMY:

Aperitif, appetizers, cheese, Iberian ham, shellfish, nuts. Use an ice bucket with both ice and water to serve chilled between 6º & 8º C. In traditional wide-rimmed catavinos, or in white wine glasses.
