Soho’s Fino Spritz is a refreshing sparkling spritz, crafted with a base of Fino Sherry from Jerez and infused with natural aromas of lemon, spearmint, and bergamot. Its low alcohol content (5.5%) makes it the perfect choice as an aperitif or light cocktail, and an ideal companion at the table. This fino spritz draws its inspiration from the Sherry Cobbler, a celebrated cocktail that became a major trend in the United States between 1830 and 1920. Much of its success is credited to Martha King (1802–1851), regarded as the first female bartender in U.S. cocktail history, who helped popularize the Sherry Cobbler from the legendary Niblo’s Garden, the bar she ran with her husband in New York’s Soho district.
