Caparrini is made in a distillery in El Puerto de Santa María founded in 1824, using the bain-marie method in copper stills and after a careful selection of natural ingredients, such as gentian, cinchona and oranges. This traditional method guarantees the purity and quality of the distillate, keeping the natural properties of the ingredients intact. The result is a harmonious blend that will delight lovers of authentic and refined flavours.
Intense reddish orange colour, very aromatic and with the prominent presence of the citrus notes of bitter orange, the added touch of quinine and other botanicals. On the palate, a fruity balance is created between sweet and bitter sensations.
