Sherry Vinegar Reserva PX

Clean, bright, dark mahogany colours. This vinegar is made from Palomino (85%) and Pedro Ximénez (15%) grapes and aged for at least five years.Its intense, characteristic acetic aromas are reminiscent of old Oloroso. The smooth, gratifying flavours include sweet hints with oak and old Oloroso aftertastes. This vinegar is exceptional in all types of marinades, dressings and cooking.

TASTING NOTE:

Dark mahogany, clean and radiant. Characteristic, intense reminders of old Oloroso. Acetic acidity, very smooth and nice sweet taste, with Oloroso and oak reminders.
