Made from Palomino grapes and aged for at least three years, this vinegar has clean, bright, dark mahogany colours. Its abundant aromas are light and acetic, with hints of Oloroso sherry. On the mouth it is acidic, smooth and velvety, with oak and Oloroso aftertastes.
Romate Solera Reserva is ideal for marinating, on salads and in any dishes to which vinegar is added.
